Oil on Olympus 35SP shutter blades

I have an 35SP with oily shutter blades. The camera is a bit banged up already (mostly cosmetic from what I can tell, though you never know) so I am reluctant to pay for a CLA.

I was hoping the 35RD would be similar enough that i could get inside but I found myself stumped once I got to the shutter assembly. I don't see any obvious way to remove it intact.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I opened it up and started digging around inside, looking for something but no luck. I'm reluctant to continue exploring it blindly as I managed to break and fix in in about 3 different ways.

I'm assuming getting to the blades would also get me to whatever is needed to tighten the lens assembly. The aperture ring and forward are a bit wobbly. I'm thinking the answer to both are on the other side of the shutter.
