Half Frames / SubminiaturesThis forum is for all half frame 35mm cameras, including the very popular Olympus Pens and their SLR cousins, the Pen F and Pen FT, as well as all smaller than half frame subminiature film cameras.
Anyone have a good way of automatically scanning half frame negs? I have an epson V500 and I'd like to be able to set the scanner to automatically seperate the frames and produce individual files. Right now the only way I can do that is manually selecting each frame in the preview... otherwise I just scan the strip as one image and crop them out in photoshop afterwards. Gets kinda monotonous after 72 frames
Jesse, I haven't tried to scan half-frame (I have a Minolta Dimage IV.) Instead, I have my lab scan them at the time of development. No dust and far faster. Two recent rolls had 78 frames...
