Leica M tripod lug add-on?

I'm guessing this has been asked several times, but I couldn't drum up anything useful in my search strings...

Does anyone make a good 1/4" screw-in tripod camera strap lug for cameras that work on the M series?

I like hanging my camera sideways when carrying it on my shoulder. I have the rapid winder for my Bessa R2A and like the way it hangs sideways.

So I thought I'd ask about the Leica since I'd rather carry it that way if possible. Something low profile is preferred.

I don't know who sells the part but you might want to try the guy who sells the thin straps:

An option is the inexpensive wrist strap from www.fedka.com. You can cut away what you don't need.
