Hello everybody,
I know that 90mm isn't the most popular focal length among rf users, but those of us who use them....lets see some photos.......
Afghan refugee, Kashmir.....Pakistan
Kolkata, India
Gharamipara, Kolkata.....India
I use an early verison of the 90mm Summicron....it is a big lens but I don't care.......I use a medium yellow filter for black and white....anyways....lets see what other 90mm Summicron users are shooting....cheers, Michael
That one of the hands is quite beautiful, the gritty feeling fits the image perfectly.
This is not my favorite image, but here's one with the 90 AA, also with a yellow- 021. Shot some with it today as well, trying to settle into this length with the M's. Strange as I was devoted to my 85 & 105's when I shot SLR's... A recent .85 M7 is changing this it seems.

Very nice; the yellow filter gives it real snap. I'm going to have to try that next time out.
Here are two images of the cat we adopted in December which were captured with my M6 TTL, Metz 54 MZ-3 flash set for TTL metering with the 3502 module between both, 90mm APO/ASPH Summicron, and Fuji's Acros 100 processed in undiluted ID-11 for 6:45 minutes at 68 degrees. These were printed on Ilford's RC glossy paper.
Thanks everybody for the nice comments.....
Hey EnochRoot, I really like that last photo (the fan/feet photo)..very cool

If you look at her hands, you can see signs of arsenicosis....it's not a good sign...anyways, thanks for the nice comment.....
here is another one from a story that is part of the "hands" photo....
all photos were shot using an m6ttl, 90mm summicron (early version), tri-x and kodak 100vc slide film
I am not crazy about the size of this photo...I am linking it to my flickr and if I choose the next size up (695x1024) it seems too big...and this size seems just a little too small....oh well...lets see some more photos from 90mm summicron users
cheers, Michael

man, thanks i really needed this thread. My 90cron has been lurking in the cabinet for months now. Seeing as how its not selling on the classifieds, i might just be tempted to try shooting it again!
