Started a new photoblog

I've started a new photoblog: www.daankooijman.nl

I've tried to keep it simple, my old page was a really slow flash site so this feels much better.

I'm going to upload photo's a couple times a week and maybe add some pages later on, maybe a page for portraits and/or a streetphotography page but i'm not sure yet.

Hope you guys like it.

Some nice pictures on your blog, and I know that a picture speaks more than a thousand words but I am missing some writing, explanations or philosophical mumbo jumbo about the images you took/choose.

I love the shots. They have a very cinematic look but also feel realistic.

Thanks for the advice, maybe you're right.

The philosophical mumbo jumbo will probably end up there sooner or later. For now it's just the photo's but maybe i could add some explanation in the description such as what film i used, location etc.

Your theme looks exactly like mine, it seems like this theme is quite famous for street photography.

But how did you put up the Facebook bar and multiple shots in one post?

Here's my tumblr

For the facebook bar i googled around and added it into my HTML, i did it yesterday and already have no idea how i did it. The multiple shots is just a standard option.

I like it when its simple like that. I have mine laid out in a similar way though not a blatant obvious ripoff of yours like edftwin pulled.

Very nice photos. Added to my followed. And who cares about mumbo jumbo words and thoughts.. thats why we take pictures. Looks like we had the same idea for the look and feel as well, simple and to the point.
I usually keep my photos to myself, but thought it would be a good way to share a few now and then.
