I am undecided on which one, currently the Summaron costs a bit more than the Biogon, my heart is leaning towards the Leica. Can you help me...

First timer posting, I have a M8 and I want to purchase the legendary 21mm f/4.5. Is the cyan shift is still an issue ? If it is, how can I resolve it.
