I think the OVF barely covers it, but you'll be using the whole OVF to frame. It's been about 3 or 4 weeks since I shot the lens in early February so my memory is a bit fuzzy.

Many photographers will shoot color negative films at +2/3 stops exposure to get better tones on the negative. Lots of photogs love shooting Porta 160 at Asa 100. You'll be fine.
