Vobluda, isn't this the camera you had on sale in the classifieds earlier? Gotta say I'm getting interested more now that I see it 'in real life'! :)

Here's my contribution just to keep Joe's favorite thread running.
Thanks for all the feedbacks on my fantasy crap. If you have anymore ideas or comments, please visit the thread I just started here

JuJu, plural of noctilux ... noctili? cool in any case.

Here's my meager contribution.

Great idea for a gear shot Craig! … too bad about the pesky reflections though.

With the Konica Hexanon 50mm f2.4 attached.

I got the camera from Pablokornfeld, he was selling it through the classifieds and it happens that he is also from Prague:-)

I just love the M5 metering, so much more user friendly than M6. If you will have a chance give M5 a try!

My old rangefinders

My old rangefinders. Any suggestions what lens to pair with my M3? Have a Summilux perA 35mm ver 3 (i think) on it now.

Cheers

chrishayton 07-24-2011 02:33

Black Paint rigid summicron? lol

menos 07-24-2011 03:09

Beautiful M3!
I might be weird, but I do like the look of chrome lenses on black paint bodies!

Try a Nikkor 80/2 LTM with 90mm LTM to M adapter and shoot it with the 90mm frame lines. It would look mighty terrific on that M3 ;-)

EthanFrank 07-24-2011 07:33

Oh wow, that M3 is gorgeous!

LeicaFan 07-24-2011 19:19

Awesome. It isn't too snug/loose?

I think I'm going to buy an A&A case since they doesn't cover anything up (and they seem to be a bit thinner, which would be nice).

Got my E43 UV the other day. Finally can use the hood without fear of scratching the front elements of the lens.

MP + Jaguar E-Type (Straight six version)

boffen 07-28-2011 06:02

The MP is such a nice camera. I envy.

This one is on its way from Youxin:

I'll post "real" pictures when I get it.

JHP: Cool Camera! Cool car!

This was my holiday combo this year:

M3 with 50mm Summicron and a small pocket is all I need. I just love it!

When my girlfriend looked through the finder, she said: "wow, better than reality!"

Deniz Merdan 07-28-2011 09:37

Just the regular workshorse... an early M6 Classic with a 35/2.5 CV

Recetly back from Kindermann and working as it should.
I usually don't tape her up but in the summer the tape provides some extra grip and comfort.

Wow, I want that. Bare essentials, nothing better.

errorlogin 07-28-2011 15:47

Thank you!

Steven Dooley 07-28-2011 16:18

Nice kit, Jan!
What type of camera pouch is that?
Thanks, Steve
