I'm not really one for doing this in general but in 2011..

I intend to start developing my own B&W ... Shoot the FED 2 more often and not buy anymore STUFF!

not let my "new" M8 get me back into the habit of thinking less when shooting and also not let it keep me from shooting film when it counts

I think you meant "Resolutions" :D

Mine is; learn to develop B&W (just like OP) and buy a faster 35 (currently have 2.5 which I find limiting sometimes).

Maybe start a project that would include working with people...that is photographing them...with a common theme...I have the people I just need to do it...I guess that means getting off my lazy butt...

Realize the projects I've planned for so long..... And that should be enough for next year. :-)

Also, 2011 will be the year in which I finally clear my backlog of unprocessed photos.

New Year's resolutions are bull**** to me. But I like resolutions anyway.
I shot 150 rolls of film this year, I want to hit 200 next year. I also want to eat more healthy and exercise more. Somehow I feel I've got a bigger chance of achieving the first goal.
