New or old news? Here it is. If it's old news, sorry.

The marketing demographic is bit different then the ‘ young, Japanese hipsters’ depicted in the Samsung nx100 video. :D

Sorry but as being labled as a hipster myself, the NX100 is nothing even close to being hipster (even in japan)

X100 is far more hipster (though film is where its at) in hipster around the world.

point taken.
just pointing out the difference in the marketing demographic between products like the sony nex/samsung nx100 etc and the new fuji.

Is it just me, or does the voice of the commentator bear an eery resemblance to the voice of the lighter coloured creature (what are they bears?) on that "I want to buy a rangefinder" video?

Anyone with a Telecaster in their profile pic qualifies as a hipster in my book!

Boy though, that is one dry sizzle video. Could they find a more stiff narrator? Maybe use the tacky whoosh sound effect another time?

Like many, I love the idea of this camera. However the momentum behind the X100 is something that Fuji's marketing team can ruin if they're not on target.

Uggh... no more whooshes, please? And while you're at it, please ditch the phony lens flare? And that corporate training video music? And that announcer-y sounding announcer? Amateur YouTubers will make much better videos about this once the camera is released.
