Leica M8 Halfcase 14869

I ordered a halfcase Leica original packed
Number 14869 in black leather.
Anybody know if there are different Versions out?
Everywere i see this item with this number on pictures with a soft grip
At the front and on backside right.
My ordered once did not have that.

Any informations about that ?
