Just had five of my photographs published in a contemporary visual arts magazine!

I found out last night ... and I'm over the freakin' moon! The magazine is called 'Eyeline' and is published quarterly in Oz and has an article about one of the exhibitions I shot the opening of in Brisbane late last year!

The magazine has been out for over a month and I was given no indication that this was happening ... a complete surprise as they weren't submitted to the publication by me!

I'll dig out the disc that they're stored on tomorrow and post them ... very late here now.

I think he works for a gallery, so the gallery probably submitted them as press/PR materials.

Thanks to all for the really generous comments ... it means a lot to me and makes me so glad (and proud) that I chose this place to hang out at. RFF is the best photography forum on the internet without a doubt in my mind!

These were chosen from about eighty that I sumbitted to the gallery organisers late last year after the opening ... going through them again they are probably not the ones I would have picked but I guess my choice would be personal and not based on what the publisher required! :D

All done with my much maligned M8 of course! :p
