I've got every base covered, so why would I want more?
I'm done. Spent way too much money and I've got more than I need.

Two little Point and Shoots (just in case)

Nikon, Mamiya-Sekor, Yashica SLR's

A couple old zone focus 35mm's

Three Rangefinders

Hasselblad medium format SLR's

A 3.25 x 4.25 and a 4x5 Large Format folding Rangefinders.

That's it, everything is covered. I don't need any more!

.........

Um, so... where's that therapy group meet at? :bang:

And I am on the other end of the spectrum...just starting out (only have a P&S). But I'm already hooked.

Maybe I should just stick with my Canon Tx-1...and curb my enthusiasm.

...or maybe just get a Canon S90 (it's still small and inexpensive), or maybe just a Contax G2 set (smallish and fantastic lenses), or maybe Canon 5D MII, I meant Nikon D700...

Or maybe I should just stick with my Canon Tx-1, and take a vacation to Turks and Caicos.

I feel your pain, I do :)

This will help...

I'm in the same camp too, really. I just sold my Contax I camera kit, just shipped my Super Nettel II off to Japan, and my Olympus Pen FT is up for sale. I looked at all these cameras sitting around, and realized that I probably wasn't going to be using them anytime soon. Soon to be on the chopping block is my black Pentax SV outfit, my Toyo 45A outfit, plus a few other cameras. Downsize downsize downsize!

Besides the digital 'money making' equipment, I'll probably hold onto my M-series Leicas, a few screw mount Leicas, my Hasselblads and my Contaflex TLR outfit. Do I really need anything more than that? Probably not!

Amazing that they can make cameras that are waterproof ... but they are yet to make one that is gas proof!

Hey Pirate, I think you have a lot of cam and kind of them and lenses to do everything (I wish have many of your cameras :) ), I think if you have the best equipment for you (camera and lenses) its all you need, but if you have a new (very new) project unthinking that you can do..... you could need new cam, new lens and new knowledge... try astronomy for example or submarine http://www.rangefinderforum.com/forums/images/icons/icon10.gif, its just an idea.
That is what I said: New project then new camera and new lens.

regards.

Hi,

First came my second hand SLR Canon EOS 1.

Later my girlfriend bought a DSLR EOS D400 which i borrow her sometimes.

Then i bought a Panasonic DMC-LX3 as a lighter and compact camera.

I've recently purchased a Bessa R3M + Nokton 40/1.4. It arrived yesterday.

I think it's time to improve my pictures. I don't need more cameras for the moment.

PS. Maybe i'll buy a digital rangefinder in the future. But i see that future very far...

Cheers,

Alejandro

21mm SA is on it's way, so my Leica kit is done until I can afford a Noctilux ;)

The only other camera I can see myself buying is a nice, cheapish TLR or 6x6 folder :) that'd be nice, but not essential so I'll wait for one to 'fall in my lap' at a great price.

Somehow, I just can't stop browsing the classifieds section though.........

How about a mobilephone camera...

Anyway, I like to think this as a grid:
digital & analog
medium format & 35 mm
rangefinder & slr

That gives.. 8 combinations...
