Nikon F-S adaptor

Does anyone know where I might be able to find an adaptor to use Nikon F lenses on a Nikon rangefinder body? I have seen pictures of such a device made by Cosina-Voigtlander, so it can't be all that old, but they seem to be almost in the same rarity class as an honest politician.
