I'm not able to align the shutter speed. I'm close to shoot this camera :) I can find the "B" position.
I need a step by step. PLEASE.

Here's one site to check

Do a google on 'Fed shutter repair'
There should be two adjustments, one for each curtain. You need to adjust them so the shutter isn't 'capping', one isn't slower than the other.

First, make certain that the ring around the shutter release button has been turned counter clockwise. On mine the marker on the ring points to the letter C when it is in the proper position. Yours may or not have those letters but turn the ring counter clockwise as far as it will go. Then turn the film advance lever which also cocks the shutter. IF yours doesn't have a lever, turn the dial that advances the film and cocks the shutter.
Now lift the shutter speed dial. You can turn it freely counter clockwise between Bulb and 1 second. To go to the 1/30 of a second, which is the speed for flash synch, you must turn the dial clockwise. From the 1/30 of a second mark, you must turn it counter clockwise to reach the 1 second mark even though they are right next to each other. Make certain you have cocked the shutter before changing shutter speed.
That should do it. You can turn the shutter speed dial in any direction between bulb and 1 second except for going to 1/30 of a second. When you hit the lower speeds you will get a whirring sound as you move the dial from one speed to a lower speed. This is normal, at least as far as I know. To rewind your film turn the ring around the shutter release button clockwise. You'll probably have to hold the ring down to do it.
