Gost to ASA

Does anyone have a conversion from the Russian "gost" film speeds to Din or ASA numbers, also what the "sun, incandescent light and flash" mean when used with the "gost" speed marks.

And addendum to an owner's manual I received with a Kiev 4 suggests using the same settings for Gost and ASA/ISO.
