See, label anything "digital" (DMCA, DE-Bill) and it will fly through any sort of parliament.

Apparently they were Washing-up at the time, whatever that is, it's a new one on me, but it seems to involve rushing through six months of impractical and ill-considered legislation in a few days with one eye on the laws and one on the electorate …
