Olympus Pen 40/1.4 hood?

Can anyone tell me what the standard hood is for the Pen 40mm f/1.4? I'm having a hard time finding any metal 43.5mm screw-in hoods anywhere. Was it in fact a clamp-on or something?

If you have one, I'm in the market!

It's 43mm. And yes, there was a clamp-on hood.

But a heavystar, small wide angle hood, or generic 43mm hood from the bartender works well.

I'm happy to say I accidentally found one on eBay--someone was selling a lot of lens caps and filters...and evidently a mint S-45 that wasn't in the auction title and wasn't in the photo! It was in the description, though, and I got the lot for $20. Should have it in a few days.
