Hey, that's a beauty. Looks pretty clean. And a good choice. The first time I pulled an FSU out of the box, cranked it once an fired the shutter, I swear I heard a little voice... "Gotcha!" I knew I was hooked.

Welcome to the FED 3 confederation comrade! You will now long for Jupiter 12, Jupiter 8 and at least a Industar I-22 collapsible. Oh, and a Jupiter 9 with and a viewifnder.

you will have feverish dreams about modifying and repainting at least one FED (FED 3s tend to go for less so get a painter ;) ).

after 6 months or so you will slow... after the wife has clobbered you with one of your FSU cameras. :D

Bit of advice. Be sure to keep one of the "lugless" models at the forefront where it can be easily grabbed by the wifey-gone-FSU-bisurk." Models without straps can only be thrown once, while those WITH straps can be swung round for repeated blows.
