The RF hats-thread made me think about t-shirts..they are only 15 bucks on the net if one provides the image to print :)
Here's a blank one for those that feel daring enough to download it and try to come up with something fun ;)

RFF "5 most viewed":
I feel bad about 'using' others photos in these fantasy mock-ups - but am hoping that it's ok in the spirit of 'fun' and with no actual intent of printing anything !
If anyone feel bad about it will take it down immediately!
(Just having a bit of fun :) )
Looks professional Richard ! :D
I like the idea. Please send more ideas. I am thinking about an RFF t-shirt.

how about a t-shirt with just the rff logo and then we could customize with a photo of our own?

Todd, that one is great!
Maybe add some frame lines as well? :)

O.K., you asked for it......

.....and one more. (too much I think, it looses some simplicity)
What about showing also the focal length of the framelines a la Canon 7 style ??? :D
Edit: now that I think... has anybody tested if the rf patch of this T-shirt flares ??? And the framelines ? Are they parallax corrected ? LOL !
That's a really good one Tood, I vote for it !

Should Jorge want to ever produce thirts like these the cheapest ones I found on the net were:
Zazzle (http://www.zazzle.com/create/custom/apparel.asp?CMP=KNC-GJ6658976473) for $9.55 / tshirt.
CustomInk (http://customink.com/cink/r.jsp? R=cm_ven%3DGoogle%26cm_ite%3Dcustom%2520shirts%252 ) for $7.18 / tshirt.
ArtApart (http://artapart.com/) for $4.44 / tshirt.
(All prices based on an order volume of 100 XL shirts and up to four colours to be printed).

I personally prefer the smaller picture and frameline. Could I make an advance order? :D

How do we pay. Do we use Paypal? Personal checks?
I really like the idea of the patch and the framelines!
For those prices I'm in too.

Well...assuming that the logo still needs to be developed/finished, sales tax from the distributor, shipping and handling two ways, some profit margin, etc - the price is for Jorge to set :)
I'd buy one for say 15-20 dollars.

I just designed a tshirt logo for a school organization (we bought about 125 shirts that was a mandatory min.) our out of pocket expense was 7.50 per shirt and 75.00 one time set up fee. we sold them for 15.00 and the extra went into the club account. It was a good fundraiser, about five of us put up the initial money needed and we recouped it in a week of sales.

Todd's shirt idea, is perfect. If we are gonna do it, put me down for a few. How do we pay for it?

Yes Todd's design with the viewfinder with the meter needle and scale on the bottom, is great. Let's do it!

My wife says my summer attire needs updating, I can think of no better way than with one of these shirts. I can see myself on a weekend walkabout with my camera around my neck, my lime-green bermuda shorts, black socks, sandals and proudly sporting my "Rangefinder Forum" tshirt.
Only kidding, everyone knows your socks and shorts should match.
(just trying to keep this thread alive) ;)

May I suggest that lime-green socks are never acceptable!!!!
No matter what our wives say!!!!!!!!!
:D
As soon as I get my Rangefinder ****, I'm going to put it, my black socks, lime green Bermuda shots and sandals on, and parade the town with my Vivitar ES. Will even have a picture taken to submit to the group, for your viewing pleasure.

Promises, promises. I think I'd pay for your shirt myself just to see that!
Todd
ok, I will definetly be doing the t-shirt. However, I have to wait for a few things to happen before I can afford to have them made. If I am lucky, maybe within a month.

You daring me? I'll have no problem with that. Hey, I'm not a "junior" member anymore. What happened? Was I promoted because I have a Kodak Hawkeye II 126 format instamatic? Yeah, the shirts will be great. I'm good for two or three.
