Developing film in Paris?

I'm going to be in Paris for a few days in October. Are there any places that develop 35mm film for a reasonable price? Do they have one-hour developing?

(also a random question: how long will a roll of film keep in a canister after I've shot it? the film will be locked in a locker in the south of France for an indeterminate amount of time... climate wise).
