Hi. Do you use manual focus for shots like these? (Nice work.)

Tom,
Thanks first of all....
anyway....I use kinda hyper focal distance most times when I can.....
hoping for a scale in the firmware update....PLEASE>>>>PLEASE>>>>
here's how I work...
The Pen is set up to have AF on the AEL button...
The FN button does the LCD on/off
I use say, f-11...I focus at about 5 1/2' in decent light...that's about hyper focal...gives me around 2 3/4' to infinity...
Mode obviously is A... with the Finder....
So, I'm working right and then I see that I have to move in close....so I hit the AEL button and right away I am in focus...no switching anything...
then when it's time to move back to hyper....I refocus with the AEL button....the camera stays locked at the focus distance until you refocus...even days later...
just remember to set the lens reset to NO.....
works like a M4 and a 35.....well...close enough....
if you need manual focus..just use the info screen with the green box....very easy navigating...
