Hi, I'd like to shoot with a vintage camera that has an uncoated lens. Are there any filters that will enhance the performance of an uncoated lens toward that of a coated lens? A polarizer is probably a good idea, any other suggestions?

I recommend a lens hood/shade -- much more useful than any kind of filter.
