It is a handmade creation, probably Japanese, using parts from a Nikon 1.1, in S-mount.
Ugly and expensive.

the helical part looks like it came from a Canon 50mm f1.2 in LTM
Canon .95, Noctilux 50/1, Nokton 50/1.1, 50/1.1 Nikkor Screw Mount, Zunow 1.1 Contax mount.
