i normally dislike bags made by camera manufacturers but i sorta like the looks of this one.

has anyone seen one up close or bought one and tried it out?

i'd love to hear some feedback about it.

This camera bag with an impressive contrast of red and black is stylish and incorporates a fastener that opens and closes with ease. Movable partitions are provided inside. The camera bag can accommodate the DMC-G1 with a lens mounted to it, interchangeable lenses, and external flashes.

Dimensions (approx.):
(W x H x D) 310 x 180 x 115 mm

How much? Looks like a version of the A&A Doctor's Camera Bag.

I got one free with my G1 and haven't even opened it. I think I am in touch with my feminine side, but my first, and last, impression was 'make up bag'. Instead I keep my G1 in a rough tough looking Hadley Pro, and even more room for mascara in that...oooops.

agree with Pmoof that it looks like an insulated lunch bag. I think that is a good thing, too.

so it would seem that i am quite alone in my liking this bag.

this alone is almost enough incentive for me to buy one.
