View Full Version : Canon Serenar 50mm/1.8 LTM ... cost?
What is the current range of asking/selling prices for such a lens if in clean condition? Thanks.
My sense is around $175, give or take $25.

I recently paid $200 on eBay, along with a 100% working IVSB...lens in great condition.
Thanks, Steve.
JRL: That was a super deal, but it is not what I would call "current market value".
I guess, $135-$175 would be a good range for asking price. If front cover is included, then maybe $150 if the lens does not need cleaning.
I may sell such a lens tonight here.

I paid $100 for one, had to clean some oil mist off one of the rear elements but it was perfect after that
Someone paid $20 for a Leica.Such things do happen.

Raid... I think I coughed up $150 for mine + S&H.
(Just before Christmas.)
It had a nice thin filter, but no caps.
Rick: You paid the average price. Is the lens clean?
I will shine a light through the lens before I give it the green light for sale here.
