i bought my 100/4 from them
as is my custom, after sending off payment i sent an email informing them i had done so. normally i get an email back.

nothing...

i sent another asking for confirmation that they had received 'something' from me.

nothing...

i prefer vendors that talk to me!

anyone else ever buy from them.

I have not personally bought from them but know someone who did and they were very happy. Also I've read good things about them on the 'net - an old fashioned store so maybe not too quick with the emails...

I have bought two cameras from them and they shipped to me in Korea. They are great--very reasonable $$$ and prompt service.

I bought a Hexar RF diopter from them and they were fine. I did order over the phone though...

i heard from them today.
my payment was 10 bucks short as i missed some notice about paying with a bank money order vs a postal money order.
but after a brief e-conversation, they are sending the lens out tomorrow and i'm sending them the extra 10 after work.
this way there will be no delay in getting the lens. (except for canada customs, of course)
that was very nice of them seeing how it was my screw up and not theirs.

i recommend them so far.
