Hello all-

Just wondering if anybody has heard from Yuri (Fedka) recently? I emailed him twice last week with a few questions about some lenses he has up for sale and havent heard anything back.

Just wondering if this is a typical response time, or maybe he is on vacation or something?

I received an order update mail from him last week. I don't know if he is personally there but someone is running the business in any case.

He usually replies in a day or less, in my experience.

Maybe comcast is filtering out his email reply. They've done that to me before.

Just to be sure though, this is the email address I contacted: mail@fedka.com

Is that the correct one to use? Or do you have an alternate means to contact Yuri?

I bought a TLR earlier this month from him. I got the camera and updates just fine, as always. Last update was the 17th. Yes, your email addy is correct.

that one looks correct i looked and also mail.fedka.com@gmail.com should work.

I bought a lens from him last week.....he was slow to email me during the Q&A.

He works a full time job as well as running the website. He's very reliable if not instantaneous.

Gentlemen, I am around, and ready to answer your questions. If you do not receive my reply within 24 hrs, then:
1. Check your 'spam' mailbox. Some mail clients (AOL, for example) may put e-mail from 'fedka.com' to a spam box. In this case you should set my e-mail address as "not spam".

2. I simply did not have a chance to answer right away and then your e-mail moved too deep down on the list and I lost it. This is rare, and I apologize if this is the case.

3. Maybe I got lucky and went on vacation. A notice is always posted at fedka.com/catalog. This is also rare.
