On page 223 (in the italian edition, maybe in your language the page is different), there is a picture of a rangefinder camera:
Maybe a Contax, or a Kiev, or maybe it's an Arsenal (notice the big viewfinder window...)

It is a Nikon S2, notice the distinctive S2 curve under the rangefinder window, and the distinctive round flash socket. The name on the camera has been photoshopped out.
Ehh, excuse me, thats my camera...
Yup, I was hired for some interior design work and props for Ikea last fall and I sneaked in some of my cameras. I also placed a Yashica 124G in another hallway, but it was removed in postprocessing (lots of things disappear or show up there...). They probably thought it looked to old. The 1954 S2 stayed in the picture though. I don't know if it's trendy, well maybe now.Trendsetter, moi?
The Ikea studios, in the small town of Älmhult in the middle of nowhere, is an amazing place. Entire homes are built in a few days, the photographers mount their H2's and the art directors come running, look at the screens and nod and the next day the home is gone. In the middle of the building there is a warehouse with all the sofas, lamps and spoons ready to be collected by uniformed staff with long list and delivered to the photo sites around in the building. I think they've got about 15 full time employed photographers and hire an extra 10 when the catalogue production peaks. The communications offices in an adjoining building house employees from all over the world. I talked to a copywriter from Kentucky who told me it was like working in an ad agency in Manhattan, until You went out for lunch...

Is everything shot with Hassy digital, or is some shot with larger format?
I live in an Ikea showroom, mostly because there is an Ikea store only a few blocks from my house, of course I like Ikea -- or I would not live with it.
Ikea by the way is a great source for frames, glass, well made, lots of sizes with mats and cheap.

I've been wondering if someone on RFF would notice. I even thought of arranging a "find the RF"-contest here.

I only saw Hasselblads when I was there. I was told that they sometimes shot large format film until a few years ago. I don't know if they keep something larger when tilt/shift is needed. Such things are probably done in post production.

I'll keep the camera, but You could have a not so limited edition catalogue in original language.
