Can anyone explain this?

I took a few low light shots, and this is a crop of a phenomenon which worries me slightly; shot at f1.4, handheld at 1/15, there appears to be a reflection of the main light in the picture. It was raining at the time.

probably IR filter reflection.

In such lightning situation I usually srew them off and it solves the issue. Bear in mind the chip is wayyy much more reflective as a regular film.
