Fun stuff. I've got a different version of this camera that takes them in a 2x2 grid.

Nico, you've got the key to this camera.. it's motion. Most people shoot static things and then wonder "what's the big deal with this camera?"

When its time for some 'family picnic shots' remember to take it along. Should be fun.

Yes Jon, if this plastic camera has a meaning is, mainly, with moving subjects. A friend of mine has the same one of Andrew (4 lenses in a 2x2 grid) but I don't know how I can use it!
The Supersampler has no viewfinder so framing is random but very funny.
I like to use it for colour shooting even though I'm giving a try to a b/w film.

Cool shots, nico, you seem to have knocked the tactic of getting in close - I am shooting too far away.

I seem to have the same one as Andrew and your friend.

Shooting too far away:

Shooting with not enough movement:

And not framing properly:

It's been sitting on my shelf since these two first, exciting rolls - you've made me go and put some film in!

How's this for action? :D

(I'll just link it in case the mod's have problems with obscene hand gestures!)

I really should use my supersampler more.

Maybe we should ask for a forum for "crappy cameras"? I've got a couple but not the 'sampler' style.

hey i didnt know we had this thread. I got this camera at the goodwill for a buck!

I like using it in the summer, it seems like such a summer camera for whatever reason.

Oh, wow. Samplers. I've not used those for a while.

I loved my Supersampler when I first got it. The actionsampler - the 2x2 one - not so much. Don't know why; the format never really worked for me as much. Something about the long strips on the Supersampler really appeals to me, though. And I like the fact that it's so small. I used to just leave it in a jacket pocket and carry it everywhere. Very silly camera, but so much fun.
