I do not know how long this review has been up other than the stated "July" posting and do not recall seeing comments about it here on RFF.

Nothing new per say, but interesting and objective imo.

It disturbs me that next to the article you find advertisements for the M8 from Leica. This has a bad taste and someone might doubt that this is an objective article.

The pros and cons are the ones we already know. No surprises here.

it is very strange there are so many leica ads there, high tech advertisement or just a coincidence...anyway, whatever, not a lot of new stuff there to see anyway

As I said, 1930-1970 was the golden age for RF cameras. Mostly because the SLR had not been invented yet.

SLR not invented yet? By 1970?

Intellitxt on Pnet? I don't remember that! Tres annoying!

I cannot see the "disturbing" advertisements. Not next, not below, under, above.

PNut reviews, in general, are as helpful as perusing YouTube for cues on good video making. And their frequent spelling and grammar errors make me cringe. At least the excuse for Erwin Puts is that English is far from being his native language.

All I can see is an ad for an Olympus DSLR

All in all a good, balanced and useful review, I think.

I believe the software in Pnet calls or allows ads that go according to the text posted. Hence, the Leica ads.

And, if you're a Leica contributor, you don't see the ads (or so they say).

Too bad that their forum rubbed so many people the wrongest possible way. I would have been willing to contribute something, but the thought of fostering the participation of certain people there simply deters me from doing it. A pity...

That's how key word ads work. You must avoid the sites like CNN where they are standard practice.
