View Full Version : Hexanon ASPH?
I remember reading somewhere on the net that Konica may have made some of their KM and /or L (screw mount) lenses using ASPH glass, yet never marked it as such. Anyone knows if it's true? ANd if so - which one would it be - the limited production ones, such as UC-Hexanon, 60/1.2 and 50/1.2? I have no legit source of this, yet.....never know. Right?

I don't think any of Konica's lenses use aspherics. The 21-35mm might, but everything else is a classical design that doesn't need anything other than high-index glass.

Not sure where you were going with this comment - I just was simply wondering as there is not that much info on Hexanons compared to other brands. Thats all - composing has nothing to do with this.
