Click on thumbnail in Gallery - get another photo

Is this a "feature" or some bug that others have learned to live with? I have tried searching for this in the forums and I can't find any reference to this bug (or, again, is it a "feature"?) where you click on a thumbnail, say on a Gallery, or Random Picks, etc., and you get another picture displayed; sometimes the picture displayed is one of the very same user/owner/poster.

I noticed this has been happening more frequently in the past week.

You need to refresh the page in your internet browser, sometimes the postings come so fast your browser cannot keep up, it is kind of irritating.
