ordering parts from leica

has anybody done this before? i'm assuming you need to look up the part number in a repair manual, but i've only seen them for the classic leicas. what if you want to order a part that's only in the m6, m6 ttl, m7, or mp?

Call their number and tell them what you need. I just got a 50 dollar lens hood from them.

Dave Elwell is the best, he'll figure out just what you need. Even sent me a parts diagram for a VF along with a screw to make sure I got the right piece.
