Some of my camera body/lens combos cause a weight imbalance which results in a titler. UGLY:

There it is, the next Leica accessory just waiting to be invented.
Maybe some sort of counterweight that slips into the hotshoe and hangs off the back of the camera balancing out the weight of a nose heavy "tilter".
Of course their would be several models, everything from 35 Ultron to 50 Noctilux.;)
OK somebody, get to work.

The day it tilts when you shoot, then you have a real problem :D

That's one of the major issues with the Zeiss Ikon... ;-)
BTW: How's that sling on the Ikon working - is it convenient to use?

All tilting aside, the sling is the best little accessory there is. Works perfectly on the ZI. I rarely use a camera strap. Do not use on a Bessa or an R-D1. It doesn't fit right due to the eyelets on the camera. BTW, I bought an extra but have no body it works on. I will sell for $20 no shipping cost in USA.

A little Viagra might help. ;)

Kontax II's have a little "foot".
Ahead of their time in so many ways.

Tiltiness is a future, not bug
Is this why I keep getting unwanted shots of everyones knees?

OK somebody, get to work.It would need to be gyroscopic, and therefore work with any lens. Hand cranked for non-battery Leicas.

Clockwork would be appropriate ;)

What is this 'sling' contraption? Also, how much of a help is the mini-softrelease?
The solution to tilting is to get a huge lens hood that goes down to the table while keeping the bottom of the camera flat.
