Does anybody know where I might purchase a -2.0 diopter eyepiece correction lens for my RF?
Thanks
Russell
like new, for M bodies, will try to place in the classifieds today if I get time.

I don't know about the correction lens itself, but the Megaperls adapter here (http://www.unicircuits.com/shop/index.php?cPath=22&sort=2a&filter_id=15) lets you use M eyepiece accessories. Not terribly cheap though.

Megaperls adapter well worth it! The only game in town.
Please remember the Hexar eyepiece has a net power of -1 diopter to start with. If you actually need a net power of -2 diopters, consider a -1 diopter instead.
... I have the megaperls adapter for the Hexar RF and was wondering which diopter correction lens I need to equal the Leica M VF.
Somewhere at the other photo(net)-forum was a thread about this and someone stated, that the diopter-power (e.g. -1, -2, +1, etc) is the "final, additive" value. So if a M Leica has -0.5 and using a -1 diopter lens for Leica M brings me to a final value of -1 (which means the "net" power of the diopter lens is -0.5) ...
Then the same "-1" diopter lens for Leica but used with the Hexar RF, would give a final "additive" value of -1.5 (-1.0 + -0.5) ??
Confused ...
or try various values .25 or .5 +/- your rx. If you have astigmatism, you may want to stick with glasses or contacts.
In my experience with the M bodies, and RD1 (with Nikon eyepiece), my diopters matched my Rx exactly. YMMV.

It's very simple with the Hexar once you know the numbers. The standard eyepiece on the Hexar RF gives a net power of -1 diopter through the viewfinder. The current Leica M viewfinder have a net power of -0.5 diopters regardless of whether the finder is designated as 0.58x, 0.72x or 0.85x. If you want to match the dioptric power of the Hexar's finder to the Leica, get a +0.5 diopter lens for the Megaperls adapter and you're good to go.
Thank you all for the information ! I should start looking for a + 0.5 diopter then ...
