I am in need of a new strap myself (the leather on my current is getting a little weak). Did you order one?
I was thinking of ripping apart my old Rollei strap, retaining the metal attachments and hooking them up to one of my OpTech Envy straps, but I am now sure if I will manage to get the metal attachments free so easily.
Thanks. I am going to try one. The only thing that concerns me is the number of metal rivets in the strap. How strong are the short pieces of leather riveted together? HT

andrewaaa5, if you decide to get a new Rollei strap, I'd be interested in getting the metal clips on your old one...regards, bob

I will be keeping the metal parts. I will salvage them in order to attach another strap.
