How much to CLA?

I haven't sent anything out in a few years and wonder how much to lubricate dry blades on a Tele-Elmarit that I am looking to puchase. The barrel and focusing is smooth as can be but the click stops are really dry.
Can anyone give me a ball park as to what this would cost.

I think the last lens I sent to Sherry K was billed at $75 per "half." I think she considers the lens head (optics) to be one half, focus helical/mount to be the other half.

I sent a lens to DAG last year along with my IIIg. I don't remember the exact breakdown of charges, but I seem to remember somewhere between $100 to $150 for the lens.
