looking for a darkroom in Lucerne

I am a new student in Vitznau and I am looking to do some hobby picture developing B/W film. I would like to know if there are any public darkrooms that I could use in the area of Lucerne in Switzerland. I would also be interested in any information on any private darkrooms that anyone would be willing to let me have access to every once and awhile.

I know there are under-used public darkrooms in Zurich, not sure about Lucerne.
