Minox GL Lens Shade

I want to purchase a Minox Lens Shade but when I was doing some research I found the combination UV and Shade for any Minox 35 except the EL and GL series. I found a shade and filter on e-bay but the seller doesn't know what it fits.

Does anyone know what the differences are? Can they be modified to fit?
