Adobe can claim your photos and make money with them, if you upload photos with the Photoshop Express online application, and make them public. This is said by a legal specialist that studied the Terms of Use of the new Photoshop Express product. According to this article (Dutch) (http://webwereld.nl/articles/50488/adobe-claimt-foto-s-gebruikers-online-photoshop.html) Adobe acknowledges theses observations, and is trying to improve the legal text. Was their legal department sleeping when they wrote the Terms of Use?

"that it currently implies things we would never do with the content"

Yeah, right..

Seems like most online galleries won't guarantee your photos will remain your own. To me, the response should be obvious...

Adobe will fix it. My guess is that they will modify the terms to allow use of images only in the context of the site. e.g. screen captures of the web site for ads or instructions. If you can't live with that, then just pay for a site.

You can get a site from any number of places for $10 a month, with almost infinite hosting capacity. Express is probably not appropriate for a professional.
