From what I can tell, it's a student association at the Uppsala University and it seems legit to me. Just make sure that the picture is intended for a one time publication in their magazine only and ask them to send you a copy or two when it is ready.

"Uppsala Association of International Affairs is a politically and religiously independent association that strives to create debate around international issues. We do this mainly by arranging lectures twice a week during the academic semesters. Different persons are invited to speak; from environmental activists and journalists to ambassadors and politicians. Among earlier lectures can be mentioned Herbert Tingsten, Per-Anders Fogelström, Alva och Gunnar Myrdal, Olof Palme, Günther Wallraff, Boutros Boutros-Ghali, Anna Lindh, Hans Blix, Mohamed ElBarradei, Carl Bildt and Göran Persson.
Members get in for free, non-members pay 30 kr. You can become a member by paying 100 kr to plusgiro 36 50 10-8, or by paying for a membership at one of our lectures. Included in the membership are a subscription to our magazine Uttryck, the possibility to join study circles, working groups, parties, travels, courses and much more."
