WTB body case for Hexar RF, any ideas?

Anyone know where I can get a body case for this camera? Kameraleder's tel. # is disconnected or incorrect.

Would this be available from one of the Japanese stores, I wonder? I went and got one of these cases shortly after I got the camera, and it stays on the camera at all times.

I've occasionally seen the Hexar ERC come up for sale on ebay. They are worth seeking out. Mine fits like a soft velvet glove.
