Just contacted accphoto in HK for an APO SUMMICRON M 90mm 2.0 ASPH in chrome. I cant believe how much cheaper it is over seas. $1550.00. Well, time to start preping the wife :)

And, considering it was a used kit, it's a steal! Haven't found anything priced that low. And yes, it works.

Some of us got in a little earlier. I have an M4-2 and three lenses: 35mm f2, 50mm f2, and 90mm 2.8. I bought all back in the 80's, and they are all I want as far as lenses go. My purchase records show I bought the 90 on 9-6-84, and I paid $365 for it. Read 'em and weep! (Yes, it was new.)

I'm weeping right now... because even in '84, $365 was not an exorbitantly large sum, like $2,500 (the price of a MP or the M7) is now...

Makes you wonder about prices 15 years from now... :(

Well, joe, I looked at ACC prices and I found a grip going for $60. I'll keep you posted via PM.

Still... $365 for a 90mm Leica lens is something to cry over. :(
