Kinox Lightmeeter

Just bought this old (selen ?) hotshoe Kinox Lightmeeter.

Anyone who can tell me more about this one ??

- What is Kinox, any model name, date etc !??
- There is both a black and a red arrow to use to set against the
needle - which one to use and what is the other one for ?
- There seems to be a possibility to calibrate it using a screw
on the bottom side - anyone who has tried it ?
- Manual - does it exist ?

I would appreciate any comments on this small meeter..... bought it together with an old Voigtländer camera.
