Looks like a very good lens to me. I'm thinking to get one too at some point.

drjoke - I really like how you have captured your last shot.

This lens is everything I could ask for for what it does - selling some other stuff I don't use any more since I got mine. Keeping the 35mm Summilux ASPH though... it's a speed thing.

Is the current Velvia a new formulation? Several people have posted recent shots on Velvia and they seem to have less saturated color than I remember from before the re-release.
