I love my 90 Hex and I would recommend this lens to anyone. And this seller claims his is new.
Check out the rest of his store. The elusive 35/2.0 M-Hexanon is there as well.
The 35 is brand new as well.
wasn't somebody going to do a comparison between the 35 hex and biogon?
ugh, he ended the auctions early! $663 for a nib 35mm m-hexanon!

What a steal! I hope the buyer is a user and not a re-seller.
I wanted to bid for the M-Hexanon 35mm but have to leave for the airport and may not have Internet access to where I'm going.

Why is everyone hounding after the 35 Hex? Just because it's a little hard to find? The UC is so sweet. Can anyone post pics from the 35 Hex? I'd be interested in seeing them. People rave on about the Zeiss biogon....the mages are wonderful...then I see the same people who raved selling the lens a few short months later. Doesn't make any sense to me.
GAS moves in mysterious ways.  :D

i bid on the 90, but wasn't sure how much it should go for, so I stopped and came in second.
Now, do you think I can find another one? :(

is that a decent price? I know so little about the Konicas...
It's a reasonable price, but I wouldn't buy from Arsenal - some bad stories about those guys. Although they do have some cool things to sell, way overpriced in many cases, but still cool.

If you haven't yet, you should try 90/2 v3 Krosya. For me the ideal tele now.

Roland,
I did like those photos you posted from your 90/2. But I think I prefer Hex due to it's size. Maybe if I come across 90/2 v3 one day I'll try it. But I'm not parting with my Hex, that's for sure!
Maybe you can post some more photos from your 90/2?
Thanks.
Size & weight are a big consideration with the 90 M-Hexanon. It is almost as light as the thin TE! :)

Damn it, I never win these auctions. Anyone want to sell me their hex at a good price?
Anyone?

Well Krosya your pics (and a few others around the net) convinced me to pick one up...I ended up paying $500 including shipping ao I'm pretty happy. Now I'm just waiting for it to arrive.
Question though, how do you find focussing at max ap? Are you using a .72vf?

Congrats on the lens!. I'm sure you will enjoy it. I use mine on M6 with x72 and on Hexar RF, which is even lower and it works fine wide open. Just takes a little practice. After all 2.8 still gives you just enough DOF to cover for minor focus issues.
Dont forget to post some pics after you get to use it!
I used an earlier one on a 0.72x M and focusing was fine. I have a new one now and it's on a 0.85x abd so focusing is easier but I didn't really have any problems before. It is an excellent lens to use, size and ergonomics are good.

yeah, it was an 'accidental' ebay win...my gf actually understood when I told her that I just bid for fun and didn't expect to win it. I am blessed...though I won't be getting my ZM 35 any time soon, as there is a bit of a moratorium on new gear purchasing in my house right now.
I can't wait to start shooting with it.
Another Hexanon 90 wide open photo - love that lens!
