Tuomo started a thread about his family photos. It is worth the reading. Rather than hijack his thread I am starting another for general posting. I'll start..

My grandniece had a birthday recently and I did a matriarchial history. After going through a series of photos I found her female line going back 5 generations.
Starting on the lower left and going anti-clockwise is her mother, grandmother (my sister), g-mother (my mother) etc.
The house in the background is where her gggg mother moved when she came over from Germany. It's in Kerhonkson(?), NY.
Fortunately, they get prettier each generation.
Anyone else?
