stuck pixel

Hello,
Just to know if it's a relatively known problem, I was wondering if some of you M8 users ever found a stuck bright pixel on the CCD, sometimes producing a vertical bright line. I wrote Leica about this and I am waiting for their answer.

Old post, but today I got a used M8 with all the updates included and encountered a similar thing. Once I opened the files in Adobe Lightroom the pixel disappeared and sometimes I could still see a very faint vertical line when zooming in. This happended using ISO 640 and around 1/15 sec shutter speed.
